We follow a scheme called ‘Come and See’, which is an invitation to exploration and a promise of new life for everyone’. The programme of study encourages children to deepen their knowledge and understanding of key theological ideas and offers opportunities for the children to apply and use this knowledge across the curriculum. Children will be engaged with their own and others’ beliefs and values, thus ensuring that the children adopt healthy attitudes and dispositions and that they are instilled with a love of learning and a desire to extend their learning. The children will become familiar with high level thinking activities to enable them to think critically with meaning and purpose.
